1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

  • Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open your parcel.

  • This video serves as essential proof for any return or exchange request.

  • Without a proper unboxing video, no return or exchange will be accepted.


2. Eligible for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or torn.

  • You received the wrong product (size, color, or design mismatch).

  • The request is raised within 5 days of delivery.


3. Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, worn, or altered.

  • Tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.

  • Unboxing video is not provided.


4. How to Request a Return / Exchange

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery through WhatsApp / Email / Instagram.

  • Provide your Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video.

  • After verification, our team will process your return or exchange.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Ensure the product is securely packed when returning.
